Gujarat Titans is a professional cricket team called the Gujarat Titans that competed in the IPL for the first time in 2022. The Gujarat Titans’ home stadium is Narendra Modi Stadium in Motera, which opened in 2021. CVC Capital Partners is the franchise’s owner. Hardik Pandya serves as the team’s captain, and Ashish Nehra is the head coach.

133/3 against Rajasthan Royals (2022)

The Gujarat Titans’ lowest score came in the competition’s championship game against Rajasthan Royals. The last game’s toss was won by RR, who elected to bat first. Yashasvi Jaiswal scored 22 off 16, while Jos Buttler made 39 out of 35. But their first-inning total was merely 130/9. However, they lost two fast wickets for 23 runs in 4.3 overs during their chase. But after that, they got the much-needed flow from opener Shubman Gill. In the end, GT reached 133/3 in 18.1 overs to successfully chase down the goal and win their first IPL championship.

137/9 against Chennai Super Kings (2022)

In their matchup against Chennai Super Kings (four-time champions), Gujarat Titans scored their second-lowest total. It was the 62nd game played at Wankhede Stadium in 2022. After winning the toss, CSK decided to bat first. During the second over, Chennai lost their first wicket. Ultimately, they only managed to score 133/5 in their 20 overs. In response, GT received a strong start, and  59 runs were added by both openers for the first wicket. In 19.1 overs, GT made 137/3 to reach the mark.

144/4 against Lucknow Super Giants (2022)

In May 2022, the Gujarat Titans’ 3rd-lowest score came against Lucknow Super Giants. Gujarat completed their allotted 20 overs and finished at 144/4. With 63* off 49 balls, including seven fours, Gill had the highest total. LSG’s pursuit of the target got off to a terrible start. Gujarat’s bowlers actually bowled a very tight line. In the end, the whole Lucknow SuperGiants team was dismissed for 82 runs after 13.5 overs. Gujarat scored 62 runs to win the match.

144/8 against Kings XI Punjab (2022)

GT’s 4th-ever lowest score in IPL history came against Kings XI Punjab (now Punjab Kings) at DY Patil Stadium in 2022. Punjab Kings defeated a squad that had only been defeated once in 9 games, chasing down 144 in just 16 overs to get back on the winning track. Kings move up to 5th place in the standings, and their NRR improves from -0.470 to -0.229.

156/9 against Kolkata Knight Riders (2022)

On Saturday at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai, Gujarat Titans (GT) defeated the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) by 8 runs in a thrilling final over of the TATA Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 match. It was a nail-biting final over as Hardik Pandya took the initiative and guided his team to a respectable total of 156-9 against Kolkata Knight Riders.

162/7 against Sunrisers Hyderabad (2022)

Following a top-order collapse in their IPL match against Sunrisers Hyderabad, Gujarat Titans posted a competitive 162 for 7 thanks to captain Hardik Pandya’s prudent 50 not out off 42 balls. Together, Hardik and Abhinav Mahonar scored 50 runs to push the Titans over the 150-run threshold. In response, SRH’s impressive opening partnership (Abhishek Sharma (42) and Kane Williamson (57)) made the score look easy as they won the game by 8 wickets.

168/5 against Royals Challengers Bangalore (2022)

GT’s 7th-lowest score ever in the IPL came against RCB at Wankhede, when Gujarat’s captain Hardik Pandya led Gujarat to a tight 168 for five against Royal Challengers Bangalore with a tough half-century. In response, RCB won the game easily, thanks to Virat Kohli’s knock of 73 runs.

170/7 against Chennai Super Kings (2022)

GT’s 170/7 against Chennai Super Kings is their 8th-lowest-ever score in the IPL. It was a nail-biting finish as GT won the game with only one ball to spare. Despite being 16 for 3 and 87 for 5, Rashid Khan‘s cameo towards the end helped the Gujarat Titans win.

171/6 against Delhi Capitals (2022)

GT’s 171/6 against Delhi Capitals is their 9th-lowest score in IPL history. GT defeated DC by 14 runs to maintain their flawless competition record by winning two of their two games. With the help of Lockie Ferguson’s four-wicket haul and Shubman Gill’s impressive 84, the Gujarat Titans successfully battled their way to a score of 171-6, which they then successfully fielded against the Delhi Capitals.

174/4 against Royals Challengers Bangalore (2022)

GT’s performance against Royals Challengers Bangalore produced its 10th-lowest IPL score ever. At the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai on Saturday, the Gujarat Titans defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore by six wickets in match 43 of the IPL 2022. The Gujarat Titans successfully completed their 171-run chase with six wickets and three balls remaining. David Miller and Rahul Tewatia both still had scores of 43 and 39. Earlier, RCB recorded a total of 170 for six against GT, thanks to fifty-plus scores from top-order batters Virat Kohli and Rajat Patidar.

The Gujarat Titans are one of the most balanced teams in the IPL, from their top-order to their lower order. It’s clearly visible that GT’s lowest scores in IPL starts from a triple figure.
