Masood Shahrukh Khan was born on 27 May 1995, in Tamil Nadu, he is a right-hand batter. Khan started his domestic cricket career in the year 2013-2014 with Vijay Hazare Trophy by playing for Tamil Nadu. In the year 2018, Khan made his debut in Ranji Trophy for Tamil Nadu.
During 2020 IPL, Khan was called by Mumbai Indians, but could not impress the selectors. Even in the auction, no franchise showcased any interest in Shahrukh. But in 2021, Punjab Kings bought him for 5.25 crores for the Indian Premier League (IPL). Khan played his first IPL match against Rajasthan Royal scoring just 6 off 4 balls.
Prasanna, a former Tamil Nadu batsman, was Shahrukh’s first captain in first-division cricket in Chennai when the latter was around 15 said, “When I first saw him, he was happy-go-lucky.
