The too much anticipated teams that haven’t been able to do much this summer battle it out today. It’s South Africa vs Afghanistan at Cardiff today and we just cannot wait to see a smile on one of these two teams’ faces.

Both teams have been showing great potential throughout the series so far but they haven’t opened their winning account yet. It’s the first time South Africa are going to face Afghanistan in ODIs.

Kagiso Rabada and his pace will be one major issue for the Afghans to face as the rising star of South Africa has been in good touch and it’ll be an all new challenge for Afghanistan. He can well be the difference between the two sides & the game changer in today’s match.

Amla’s Concern

Since the time he’s been hit by Jofra Archer in the first game, Amla has lost what makes him one of the best in ODI history. He’s just 65 runs away from 8000 runs in ODIs but the way he’s been playing it looks far from achievable. If he gets back in the groove this might well be a one sider

Zazai’s Dominance

After showing some great character in the clash against Sri Lanka, Hazratullah Zazai might bring some hope to Afghanistan especially after Shazad was moved out of the playing 11 owing to injury. Rashid Khan & Mohd Nabi also need to gear up if they are looking to win the first clash of WC 2019.

May the best team win!
