England vs India 2nd T20 Fantasy Cricket League Preview
England
England started off strong with Jason Roy and Jos Buttler’s opening partnership. The duo racked up 50 runs in 5 overs. However, the middle order faltered against India’s spin attack and failed to hit it out of the park. The dismissal of Eoin Morgan, Jonny Bairstow and Joe Root in just 4 balls by Kuldeep Yadav was the turning point in the game. The bowling unit’s performance was also below par. Liam Plunkett and Moeen Ali were expensive and need to brace up. England could replace Sam Curran or Jake Ball in place of Plunkett.
India
India won the first T20 match against England hands down. Hence, they are likely to make no changes and play with the same squad. Shikhar Dhawan failed to perform and was dismissed in the first over itself. The new No.3, KL Rahul played a brilliant innings and registered his second T20 century. On the other hand, Kuldeep Yadav jeopardized England’s batsmen with his deceptive spin attack. He recorded his best bowling figures with five wickets at an economy of 6.00. The same dominating performance by India will put England in risk.
