The Indian Premier League edition of 2018 starts in earnest from 7th April and as always the fantasy cricket format is best suited to the batsmen, it is crucially the bowlers of each team that help defend the team’s pride and most importantly, reach the finish line first. Here is a list of bowlers who will turn up the heat in the 11th edition of the T20 cricket bonanza

Imran Tahir:
The journeyman leg-spinner has been there done that in his vast club cricket career. Tahir made his debut in the IPL in 2014 for Delhi Daredevils and has gone on from strength to strength.
Tahir already has the distinction of becoming the fastest South African to reach 50 T20I wickets in 2017 and will be hoping to heavily improve on his tally of 47 wickets in the Indian Premier League so far.

Jaydev Unadkat:
The year 2018 might be one Jaydev Unadkat would not want to forget in a hurry. The second most expensive player at the fantasy IPL auction is already making all the right noises and is currently in the team battling it out in the Nidahas Trophy. The plaudits had started coming already as Unadkat was the second most successful bowler of the 2017 edition and picked up a hefty total of 58 wickets in as less as 47 matches. His combination with Ben Stokes in the Rajasthan Royals can make for a pretty formidable spine of any bowling line up.

Bhuvaneshwar Kumar:
‘Bhuvi’ has fast become a household for not only the Indian team fanatic but for all IPL crazies too.
His USP is one which every bowlers dreams of having, the ability to take a wicket when it’s needed the most.
His evolution has been one to sit up and take notice as it has led him to make the Purple Cap his own for the last two seasons. He stands at 111 wickets in 90 games and will be known in IPL folklore for long.
