The Sunrisers Hyderabad have been consistent since the start of IPL 2018. The opening partnership between Shreevats Goswami and Shikhar Dhawan set the pace for the team. The middle order of SRH will be his major worry; Manish Pandey and Yusuf Pathan need to buckle down. SRH boasts of a strong bowling unit ever since IPL started. However, their bowling faltered miserably in the last three matches. The bowlers should set to work to take their team to the finals. The squad is likely to remain the same.
Chennai Super Kings
KL Rahul has proven to be the key player for KXIP. When the rest of the batting lineup falters, his fiery shots are consistent. Middle order batting has been KXIP’s major reason for concern. Aaron Finch played a decent game against Mumbai. KXIP will think about promoting Yuvaraj Singh up the order. Marcus Stoinis, Karun Nair Manoj Tiwary Chennai Super Kings have a made a royal comeback after their two-year ban. The whole squad looks balanced with fiery batting and terrific bowling. Shane Watson, who was rested in the last game will return in place of Faf. Ambati Rayudu, CSK’s revelation, was dismissed for a single digit against KXIP. He needs to get cracking for CSK to reach finals. Bowling was touted as CSK’s Achilles heel during the start. But they have amended their flaws and CSK’s bowling looks stronger than ever. Death over bowling is where CSK and Dwayne Bravo need to focus.
